Summer is a wonderful time to relax, explore new interests, and spend quality time with loved ones, and I hope this message finds you enjoying all that comes with the season. Whether you’re traveling, participating in sports or summer programs, or simply enjoying the long, sunny days, I encourage you to make the most of this time.

Summer also provides us with an opportunity to look back on the past school year and celebrate our achievements. For our returning students and families, I encourage you to reflect on the accomplishments of the past year and set new goals for the year ahead. Your hard work, resilience, and enthusiasm make James Wilson Young a special place, and I can’t wait to see what we will achieve together!

To our new students and families, we are thrilled to have you join us! Transitioning to a new school can be both exciting and challenging, and we are here to support you every step of the way. Please do not hesitate to reach out with any questions or concerns.

As I look ahead to the upcoming school year, I am excited to partner with you, our incredible community, in my new role as principal, to build on established relationships and foster new ones.
